Leads development and production deployment of cash-flow underwriting models that use members’ transaction and deposit data to make credit decisions and improve lending outcomes.
What you'll do
- Design, train, deploy, monitor, and iterate on underwriting models and supporting ML systems.
- Set the technical direction and roadmap for Lending ML, including standards for model development, validation, and governance.
- Partner across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Risk to define problems, measure member and business impact, and mentor teammates.
