Supports a portfolio of U.S. Specialty Deposits clients by managing service requests, transactions, onboarding, and issue resolution in coordination with relationship managers and internal teams.
What you'll do
- Manage client relationships and process requests such as wires, cashier’s checks, transfers, and account maintenance accurately and promptly.
- Facilitate client onboarding and documentation, including AML research and compliance; detect and escalate unusual transactions or fraud concerns.
- Support relationship managers with loan and deposit portfolio management, transaction approvals, account information, and issue resolution.
Pay
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD base salary
