Oversee counterparty credit risk and adjudicate trading, financing, and lending facilities across NBFI, asset securitization, and private credit portfolios.
What you'll do
- Manage and monitor counterparty credit exposures and execute credit risk policies and practices.
- Exercise delegated lending authority and prepare recommendations for complex transactions requiring senior approval.
- Partner with business and control teams on transaction structuring, portfolio monitoring, and risk-based decisions.
