Develops and closes asset-based lending business by sourcing prospective clients, assessing their needs, structuring deals, and coordinating with underwriting and relationship teams.
What you'll do
- Prospect for new ABL clients through referral networks, direct outreach, financial sponsors, and internal referrals; build relationships and generate new business.
- Assess prospective clients’ needs, identify cross-sell opportunities, and maintain CRM pipeline forecasting and market presence.
- Help structure and negotiate deal terms, and coordinate with underwriting and portfolio teams through assessment, approval, and fulfillment.
