About the job
Support CIBC’s SAS Viya anti-money laundering platform by investigating production issues, maintaining its database and cloud infrastructure, and managing releases and service continuity.
What you'll do
- Investigate and resolve application incidents, identify root causes, and apply ITIL incident, change, and problem management practices.
- Write complex SQL queries, troubleshoot ETL pipelines, and manage Linux virtual machines and PostgreSQL hosted on Microsoft Azure.
- Oversee production changes and perform disaster recovery tests for the SAS Viya AML platform.
