Supports Business Banking customers by coordinating cash-management solution onboarding, client transitions, and after-sales service requests.
What you'll do
- Coordinate client implementations and transitions, gathering information and documentation and keeping clients and internal partners informed.
- Validate implementation forms and required agreements, and provide operational support for cash-management requests.
- Identify service-improvement opportunities and refer potential sales to the appropriate relationship or cash-management sales managers.
