About the job
Provides second-level production support for CIBC applications, handling incidents and escalations, maintaining systems, and coordinating changes, implementations, and recovery efforts.
What you'll do
- Investigate and resolve application, client, and technical issues; manage escalations and coordinate with technology teams and vendors.
- Maintain production applications and operational documentation, support audits, and provide 24x7 coverage and recovery coordination as needed.
- Assess and coordinate application changes and implementations, including research, design, configuration, testing, and integration.
