Own end-to-end design for Cinder product surfaces, shaping design direction and craft while partnering with product, engineering, customers, and the design lead.
What you'll do
- Lead design from problem framing through shipped UI; conduct customer discovery and translate findings into design direction and Linear tickets.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and help maintain the design system as the product scales.
- Proactively own broader design projects when needed, including brand, go-to-market, website, marketing, and decks.
