What you'll do
- Define and improve workflows for AI-assisted software development, from planning through measuring impact.
- Evaluate agentic tools and build, support, and drive adoption of shared developer platforms.
- Measure agent usage, outcomes, costs, and reliability; lead technical discussions and mentor engineers.
