What you'll do
- Execute adoption and optimization plans in long-term customer engagements, including regular meetings, documentation, and outcome reporting.
- Lead adoption, optimization, and integration of Splunk Core and ES into customers’ business architectures; provide technical mentorship on enterprise architecture, configuration, and optimization.
- Advocate for customer needs, serve as a point of contact for escalations and customer success, and coordinate with account teams.
