What you'll do
- Lead and mentor product engineers, setting strategies for yield, quality, cost, and Design-for-Manufacturing across the product lifecycle.
- Partner with design, foundry, packaging, test, and reliability teams to establish manufacturing and test strategies and deliver quality and performance targets.
- Apply AI-driven analytics and process transformation to improve yield, reduce test time, and accelerate root-cause analysis.
