What you'll do

• Define and execute the account’s long-term technical strategy and integrate Cisco’s portfolio into the customer’s hyperscale infrastructure.
• Mentor and develop managers and teams, promoting engagement, psychological safety, and collaboration across a geographically dispersed organization.
• Advise customer executives and coordinate partners and internal teams to turn business challenges into technical outcomes.

What they ask for

• 15+ years of progressive Sales/Solutions Engineering experience, including at least 5+ years in a leadership capacity; experience managing leaders is necessary.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud and AI networking technology and its industry.
• Track record designing and deploying networking architectures for hyperscale environments, including Public Cloud infrastructure, massive-scale data center interconnect (DCI), and AI/ML cluster networking.
• Knowledge of the networking device stack (ASIC, platform, NOS, and optics), driving NPIs, and designing enterprise/campus networks.

Nice to have

• Success growing and scaling high-impact technical teams, including large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience building senior management relationships and providing thought leadership to customers and partners.

Pay

$266,100.00 to $342,900.00 USD (starting salary range; excludes incentive compensation, equity, and benefits); $266,100.00 - $394,300.00 USD (full salary range, New York City Metro Area; sales-plan ranges include base pay and sales target incentive compensation); $246,800.00 - $383,500.00 USD (full salary range, non-Metro New York state & Washington state; sales-plan ranges include base pay and sales target incentive compensation)
