About the job
Leads the Silicon Packaging Signal and Power Integrity team in designing, analyzing, and verifying high-performance ASIC packages for Cisco platforms.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement design rules and processes for high-speed ASIC packaging and signaling.
- Analyze substrate signal and power integrity, support layout optimization, and deliver package designs with post-layout extraction and reporting.
- Lead technical collaboration, architecture reviews, and mentoring across engineering teams.

- Experience with multiple high-speed ASIC tape-outs from a package perspective.
- Experience with 56G PAM4 and above, high-speed SerDes, channel modeling, BER prediction, transmission line theory, and electromagnetics.
- Hands-on lab experience with Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS/EM flow, and Cadence APD; experience with SPICE.
Nice to have
- Experience leading small to medium technical teams.

$214,100.00 to $309,800.00 USD (base salary); $214,100.00 - $356,300.00 USD (base salary); $192,400.00 - $317,200.00 USD (base salary)
