Leads People function strategy and execution, advising senior leaders, using workforce analytics, preparing executive and board materials, and driving operational improvements and accountability.
What you'll do
- Advise the People Leadership Team and support alignment, prioritization, and follow-through.
- Prepare executive and board communications and presentations, using people analytics to inform recommendations and track impact.
- Improve the People function’s operating model and lead cross-functional programs and measurable goals.
