What you'll do
- Oversee market clinical staff, patient safety, quality improvement, and clinical workflows.
- Deliver care to members with complex needs and provide clinical mentorship and education to market providers and care teams.
- Partner with market leadership and internal teams on operating plans, cost-of-care initiatives, utilization, and network relationships.
