Build and improve AI-powered operational workflows, automation, and dashboards across Clara to reduce friction and improve decision-making.
What you'll do
- Identify and prioritize operational workflows for AI augmentation and automation; design, deploy, and measure solutions.
- Build operational dashboards and work with Engineering on the data instrumentation and pipelines needed for better decisions.
- Partner across teams on operational readiness, evaluate AI tools, and document processes for ongoing maintenance and improvement.

- Demonstrated track record of shipping AI automation for operations.
