Product Lead, Cards Benefits (Global, Black Card) (Líder de Producto, Beneficios de Tarjetas - Global, Black Card) - - LATAM

What you'll do

• Manage the Black Card P&L, including revenue, costs, pricing, packaging, and contribution margin.
• Set and roll out benefits strategy across travel, lounge access, insurance, concierge, and lifestyle; negotiate with providers and collaborate with Mastercard.
• Use customer research and product data to guide adoption, usage, retention, and performance across Latin American markets.

What they ask for

• 5+ years in product management, including 2–3 years owning a card product, rewards program, or premium card benefits portfolio in fintech or banking.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership or strong commercial management experience, including revenue responsibility, pricing strategy, and unit economics.
• Deep knowledge of corporate or premium card benefits, card network programs, and partner ecosystem economics.
• Working proficiency in English and Spanish; technical fluency with GitHub, AI coding tools, SQL, and dashboards such as Metabase.

Nice to have

• Basic Portuguese proficiency or desire to learn it.
• Experience negotiating complex provider contracts across multiple Latin American markets; analytical modeling with spreadsheets, SQL, or Python.
