Own the strategy, execution, and business outcomes of Clara’s Collections squad, improving recovery while supporting compliant, reliable customer and operations workflows.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery, driving recovery rates, days-to-resolution, roll rates, and operational costs.
- Improve collections workflows and internal tools, including delinquency signals, payment nudges, escalation paths, and partner handoffs.
- Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams; prototype ideas with AI tools and occasionally contribute code changes through GitHub PRs.
