Owns the design and delivery of complex customer solutions, translating enterprise travel challenges into AI-enabled implementations and feeding customer insights into product development.
What you'll do
- Lead enterprise engagements from discovery through measurable value realization, defining architectures, implementation plans, and success metrics.
- Prototype and build customer solutions, including integrations, workflows, dashboards, and planning models.
- Advise customer leaders and collaborate with internal teams to shape product priorities, retention, and expansion.
