Director of Professional Services

What you'll do

• Own concurrent, high-visibility engagements, including governance, schedules, budgets, risks, and outcomes.
• Advise senior client stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams; develop delivery frameworks, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices.
• Mentor delivery leaders, share organizational learning, report on engagement performance, and identify business and product opportunities.

What they ask for

• 12+ years leading and delivering enterprise-level or government transformation engagements in a SaaS, professional services, or civic technology environment.
• Track record managing complex, high-risk, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end, including client recovery situations.
• Experience designing and owning organizational delivery frameworks and feedback loops; demonstrated financial acumen and P&L ownership.
• Expertise in project management and agile methodologies applied to large-scale transformation; ability to travel within the United States and Canada approximately 30–40%.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with public sector or civic technology projects.
• Experience with Salesforce-based platforms, GovTech/civic technology ecosystems, government service delivery workflows, SI partner relationships, organizational change management, or AI-assisted delivery.

$200-245K CAD (base salary)
