Helps CPA firms implement Clark’s AI audit product, adapt audit workflows, resolve customer issues, and guide product improvements.
What you'll do
- Learn firms’ audit processes and help them set up and use Clark; support pilots and weekly customer check-ins.
- Work with audit teams to adapt workflows to automated fieldwork and improve firm onboarding.
- Document customer problems as Linear issues, follow them through resolution, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on product priorities.
