What you'll do
- Manage, hire, coach, and develop data scientists and analytics engineers.
- Lead experimentation, analytics, metric design, and measurement frameworks; ensure important metrics are instrumented and monitored.
- Partner with executives and teams across the business to prioritize impactful work and inform strategy with data and insights.
