What you'll do
- Analyze payment performance across issuers, networks, payment types, channels, and Member cohorts; identify and prioritize opportunities.
- Develop and drive authorization and renewal-recovery improvements with Product, Engineering, and Analytics, including experiments and payment-strategy changes.
- Manage performance relationships with processors, card networks, and issuers, resolving systemic issues and improving payment economics.
