What you'll do
- Align recruiting strategy, team capacity, and resources with field staffing needs; build talent pipelines for hourly roles and salaried field leaders.
- Drive recruiting automation and scalable hiring processes from application through start date.
- Use hiring and workforce data to improve conversion, staffing outcomes, and recruiter performance; coach and develop the recruiting team.
