What you'll do
- Lead Central Operations planning and operating rhythms, including OKRs, business reviews, annual planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
- Build the change-management and communications framework and define field standards, quality assurance, and accountability measures.
- Govern Operations programs and align Aviation stakeholders, launch readiness, and field-facing priorities.
