About the job
Build and scale CLEAR’s infrastructure and software-defined networking systems, with a focus on AWS networking, Kubernetes, reliability, and observability.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain processes for building and deploying scalable, reliable software-defined networking solutions on AWS.
- Enhance the Kubernetes compute platform with AWS networking features and Kubernetes networking solutions such as Istio service mesh.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve network observability and own infrastructure improvements based on their feedback and requirements.
What they ask for
- 6+ years of experience in infrastructure and platform development, particularly software-defined networking and AWS cloud services.
- Proficiency writing production-grade software in modern languages such as Python, and strong understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration tools such as EKS and ECS.
- Experience with cloud-native design, AWS networking and security services, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or Cloudformation.
- Understanding of networking concepts and Linux systems.
Nice to have

$175,000 - $215,000 USD base salary
