Coordinates institutional client onboarding, account openings, KYC reviews, periodic refreshes, and offboarding in partnership with teams across Clear Street.
What you'll do
- Manage onboarding and new account opening processes across the client lifecycle.
- Assist with KYC due diligence, initial risk assessments, issue escalation, and periodic client refreshes.
- Partner with sales, trading, operations, legal, and compliance teams to support clients.

- 2–3 years of experience in Client Onboarding.
- Basic understanding of FINRA and SEC customer-onboarding requirements for Prime Brokerage and Security-Based Swap Dealer environments.
- Familiarity with AML/KYC requirements for institutional clients, including BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, and FinCEN regulations.
- Experience assisting with KYC due diligence, including information gathering, initial risk assessments, and identifying issues for escalation.

$95,000-$110,000 USD base salary
