About the job
Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance at a wind site, including turbine troubleshooting, repairs, safety oversight, and crew guidance.
What you'll do
- Perform and oversee mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical turbine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs; inspect work for quality.
- Enforce safe work practices, perform LOTO, and maintain balance-of-plant, facility, and switchyard equipment.
- Lead and mentor crews, support training, and ensure work, parts, and labor are documented.
