Manages safe, compliant operations and maintenance at the Langford Wind Farm, including personnel, budgets, performance, and site equipment.
What you'll do
- Direct daily plant operations, maintenance, repairs, and performance reporting; respond to outages on a 24/7 schedule.
- Develop operating plans and budgets, and manage site staff, contractors, vendors, and turbine technicians.
- Operate high-voltage equipment and troubleshoot substation, collection system, and SCADA issues as needed.
