What you'll do
- Manage commercial agreements from drafting through negotiation and execution; develop templates, playbooks, and approval processes.
- Support privacy compliance, including HIPAA and other privacy laws, data processing agreements, and privacy impact assessments.
- Advise on AI-related legal and regulatory matters and support governance, compliance, legal research, and coordination with outside counsel.
