Own and evolve ClickHouse’s global People Systems strategy and technology ecosystem, with Workday as its core platform.
What you'll do
- Lead Workday strategy, configuration, releases, integrations, testing, and adoption across HR modules.
- Establish systems architecture, governance, security, data integrity, and change-management standards; develop People reporting and analytics.
- Partner across the business, manage external vendors, and implement automation and AI opportunities for People processes.
