What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end invoicing and collections for pay-as-you-go and prepaid commit customers, including recurring and usage-based billing.
- Maintain AR health and reporting, including aging reviews, write-off recommendations, doubtful-account allowances, and GL reconciliations.
- Support close, audits, user acceptance testing, and process improvements, including AI adoption and automation.
