Build and lead ClickHouse’s global workplace function, overseeing offices and developing scalable policies, operations, and in-person strategies for a remote-first organization.
What you'll do
- Establish workplace policies, standards, playbooks, and operating processes across regions.
- Manage office operations, new office launches, vendors, facilities, and the global workplace budget.
- Develop remote-first workplace strategies and partner cross-functionally on planning, safety, access, and company gatherings.
