Leads and develops Clio’s Legal Architecture team, supporting SMB sales through legal expertise, AI product demonstrations, sales enablement, and customer and product insights.
What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and develop six Legal Architects; set team culture, quality standards, coverage, and operating model.
- Personally support select strategic accounts, demonstrations, and product launches; build reusable sales enablement programs.
- Translate customer insights into product direction and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Enablement, and Enterprise Legal Architects.
