Designs AI-driven workflows and product experiences that adapt Clio’s enterprise legal products to specialized legal domains and practitioner needs.
What you'll do
- Design, prototype, and deliver specialized workflows for legal domains, including Finance, IP, Employment/Labour Law, and Insurance Defense.
- Partner with legal experts and cross-functional teams to shape product direction and validate workflows; conduct user research and usability testing.
- Use metrics and existing product patterns to guide design decisions and improve complex information architecture.
