Leads end-to-end Clio Operate implementations for mid-sized and large law firms, managing delivery, finances, client relationships, and user adoption.

- Lead implementation projects from kickoff through hand-off, including workshops, sprints, user acceptance testing, and business change.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, profitability, timelines, risks, and resources across a project portfolio.
- Build client and internal partnerships, support platform adoption, and improve service delivery practices.
