Own and scale Clio’s Quote-to-Cash systems, managing CPQ, billing, integrations, and related workflows across the revenue lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Administer and continuously improve DealHub CPQ and billing, including configuration, support, and integrations with Salesforce and other systems.
- Optimize quoting, pricing, renewals, invoicing, and the order-to-revenue flow; troubleshoot issues and safeguard revenue-data integrity.
- Use AI to accelerate technical work and improve Q2C workflows; collaborate with stakeholders and coach junior administrators.
