Provides white-glove privacy and security support to high-profile individual and enterprise clients, owning their onboarding, ongoing protection, and relationship while helping build the service operations.
What you'll do
- Manage client relationships from contract signature through onboarding and ongoing check-ins, including household and family onboarding.
- Handle security-related requests and escalations, troubleshoot issues with Engineering, and explain technical matters to clients.
- Develop concierge playbooks, SOPs, and handoffs; surface client needs to inform product and service operations.
