Own and build Clockwork Systems’ HR function, overseeing people operations, programs, compliance, and strategic workforce support for teams in the U.S. and UK.
What you'll do
- Manage HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, HRIS administration, and coordination with the PEO on payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Build and improve HR policies, compensation and benefits programs, training, onboarding, and manager development.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, people metrics, culture, and compliance, including employment-based immigration and UK employee support.
