About the job
Build and support the customer-facing installation, configuration, documentation, and deployment experience for TorchPass, a product that keeps distributed PyTorch training running through hardware and network failures.
What you'll do
- Own TorchPass installation, configuration, and customer-facing product views; keep documentation current with releases.
- Work with customers and solutions engineers to diagnose issues, distinguish product defects from environment problems, and turn findings into fixes, tests, and documentation.
- Define cluster requirements and product guarantees with core engineering, and extend TorchPass to new schedulers and job launchers.
