Serves as a strategic advisor to 1–5 high-value accounts, coordinating Cloudflare teams and customer executives to plan platform adoption, drive expansion opportunities, and connect customer needs with product development.

- Develop adoption roadmaps and milestones across app modernization, developer, and AI platforms.
- Coordinate internal teams and build relationships with customer technical executives to advance adoption and resolve blockers.
- Identify expansion opportunities, hand off commercial-ready opportunities to Client Directors, and share customer requirements with Product.
