Build and lead a distributed US data center operations team, delivering new sites and managing their production operations, security, documentation, and hardware lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Hire, develop, and lead on-site engineers across multiple locations, including a 24x7 on-call rotation and incident response.
- Oversee greenfield site builds, production hardware availability, colocation vendors, and secure decommissioning.
- Maintain accurate DCIM records, audit-ready compliance evidence, operational reporting, and improvements through tooling and automation.

Pay
$174,000 - $239,000 USD base salary; $165,000 - $227,000 USD base salary; $132,000 - $182,000 USD base salary
