What you'll do
- Structure, draft, review, and negotiate government agreements and related procurement documents across the U.S., APAC, and EMEA.
- Advise internal teams on transaction risks, procurement materials, and practical legal, privacy, security, and compliance issues.
- Develop scalable contracting processes and support post-award handoffs for managing contractual obligations.
