Defines the strategy, roadmap, customer experience, and commercial model for Cloudflare’s new public certificate authority, building customer trust and adoption across the WebPKI ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Set product strategy for certificates, lifecycle automation, ACME issuance, revocation, transparency, controls, and integrations.
- Partner with engineering, security, compliance, legal, operations, and ecosystem stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant certificate services.
- Own go-to-market strategy, including pricing, packaging, launch planning, positioning, segmentation, and adoption metrics.
