What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts or technical validations with enterprise customers.
- Advise on onboarding, migration, platform adoption, customer health, and technical risk while partnering with Account Executives on retention and expansion.
- Automate routine customer-engineering workflows with AI tools and create technical enablement resources for customers and internal teams.
