Lead technical sales and customer advisory across the full lifecycle, shaping Cloudflare architectures, driving adoption and account growth, and using AI-assisted workflows to automate routine work.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery, validation, demonstrations, and solution design for enterprise customers in partnership with Account Executives.
- Guide onboarding and adoption, monitor customer health, and advise on deployment risks and architecture throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Carry a variable quota, support retention and expansion, and use AI tools to automate routine customer and internal workflows.
