What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery, evaluations, presentations, and architecture proposals with Account Executives.
- Guide onboarding, migration planning, customer technical health, and value realization without executing implementations.
- Carry a variable quota, support account expansion and retention, and automate routine work using AI tools.
