Leads the Egress engineering team building and operating network infrastructure that connects Cloudflare products to destinations, while shaping the team’s technical direction and delivery.
What you'll do
- Hire, mentor, and coach a distributed team of Software Engineers; shape its culture and technical vision.
- Coordinate roadmaps and cross-team work, contribute to technical decisions, and resolve customer-facing issues.
- Own production services, including on-call rotations, customer escalations, incident response, reliability, and automation improvements.
