What you'll do
- Set technical and product vision with product managers and engineers, and deliver customer-focused platform capabilities.
- Own platform operations, including SLOs, incident response, customer escalations, and technical debt.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow engineers; foster a high-ownership team and work across teams to instrument and surface actionable data.
