What you'll do
- Coordinate capacity planning, provisioning, hardware validation, and production handover with customer and Cloudflare teams.
- Develop automation and tooling for provisioning, validation, and fleet management; establish operational standards, monitoring, alerting, and runbooks.
- Serve as the customer’s technical point of contact, coordinating incident response, capacity planning, and operational feedback across teams.
